We want you to love every skein you purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused yarn in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that patterns, books, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Yarn
Carefully pack the unused yarn in its original packaging, ensuring that all labels and skein bands are intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
